Samsung D500 is a new slider phone. It has a sleek design with a smooth sliding screen. When you slide the screen upwards from beneath it reveals smooth and finger friendly keypad. It has an integrated 1.3 megapixel camera with a flash and digital zoom. It has capability of capturing pictures up 1280 X 1024 pixels. The camera can be used to record those special moments in life not just too take pictures but also video recording. It has an internal memory of 96MB which can be used to save wallpapers, pictures taken by the integrated camera and all the video recordings, save mp3 files and ringtones.
It supports both class 10 GPRS and EDGE(only D500E) high speed data transmission and with its WAP 2.0 / xHTML web browser and the high speed data transmission capability you can access and browse the web and send and receive emails even when you are on the move. It has powerful speaker for hands free talking which provides with clear hassle free sound and also to listen to music. Its Bluetooth wireless technology can be used to share data with other Bluetooth enabled devices. It can also be used to pair up with blue tooth hands free device and enjoy hands free chatting with your loved ones.
It also has in infra red port which can also be used to transfer and share data with those gadgets and cellphones which do not have Bluetooth wireless technology.
